I mostly make raita as a side dish for biryani,Pulao,Ghee Rice,Roti.This simple raita is made with cucumber,carrot,onion and curd.This will be a cooling side dish in your lunch menu.It hydrates your body.You have to just put all ingredients ,mix them well.That’s it.It is so simple and easy.Here is the way I did it.
Carrot – 1/2 cup(finely chopped)
Onion – 1/4 cup
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Thick Curd – 1 cup
1.Add all the given ingredients to a bowl mix them well.I made this raita first and kept it in refrigerator.At the time of serving I took it out and mixed it again.Serve it with biryani or any curry meal.
