Egg Podimas is so simple to make.It can be done with simple ingredients at home.It is so easy that any one can cook.You can have it with rice,chapati,bread, Kuboos. It is an ideal recipe for a cook just starting out.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Egg – 2
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onions – 2(medium sized finely chopped)
Green chilli – 2(finely chopped)
Curry leaves – a few
Coriander leaves – a few
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
1.To a pan,add oil.then add onion,a pinch of salt and allow the onion to cook.Once the onion turns translucent ,add green chillies,curry leaves.
2.Then add turmeric powder,cumin powder and pepper powder and mix them well.Put on the flame to low.Break eggs into a bowl,add the required salt to taste and beat it well.
3.Then add the beaten egg to the pan. Don’t stir it immediately.Wait for few seconds and then start stirring until the egg cooks.Put some coriander leaves at the end.
