Godhumai maavu dosai /Wheat flour dosa is an instant dosa. You can make the dosa batter quickly with the wheat flour.It does not require any fermentation.It is so simple,tasty and healthy.You can have this healthy dosa along with any Chutneys/Thogayal.
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 3-5 mins for a dosa
Wheat flour/Godhumai maavu – 2 cup
Rava – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 (medium size finely chopped)
Green chilli -2 (finely chopped)
Water- 3 cups
1.Take a bowl.Add wheat flour ,rava , salt and mix well.
2.Add water and make a batter of dosa consistency.Mix well with your hands .So that there is no lumps in the batter.
3.Take a tawa. Grease it with oil.Make a thin dosa by spreading the batter from in towards the out.
4.Add ghee or oil over the dosa. Add some onions and green chilli. When the edges start to rise itself flip the dosa and cook the other side.Wait till the dosa is cooked and turns crispy.Take out the dosa and have it with your favorite chutney.
