Simple Potato Fry


Potato fry is something that people of all ages will love.If there is no side dish available and if we want to make something quick and fast.It would be potato fry.Potato fry is the first recipe which I know to cook during my schooling. Potato fry would be the most preferred side dish for variety rices.I love potato fry with Puliyotharai and lemon rice .This is one version of potato fry using Sambar powder.Its so simple and easy.

 
Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 10 mins
Serves : 2  persons


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

 
Potato – 2 (medium size)
Sambar powder – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 3 tbsp
 

METHOD

1.Peel the skin of the potatoes and cut the potatoes into small pieces.Add oil to a deep pan.Now add the cut potatoes.
2.Fry them.When they got half cooked add salt and Sambar powder.Mix well so that all the potato pieces get coated with the sambar powder.Fry till they get crispy.Simple Potato fry is ready.It goes with all rice menus.
