Spicy fried chicken


Spicy fried chicken is a dry recipe.Chicken fry will be one of the favorite dish of most of the non veg lovers.This is my version of chicken fry.Whenever I buy chicken I am damn sure I cook this recipe.Its my family’s favorite dish too.Its an ideal starter for any party.This recipe is so simple to make by marinating chicken with masalas and deep frying it.

 

Preparation time : 5 mins
Marination time : 30 mins
Cooking time : 10 mins


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED


Chicken – 400 g
Salt to taste

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder -1/2tsp
Fennel powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves -1 tbsp (finely chopped)
 

METHOD

1.Clean the chicken and take it in a mixing bowl.To it add all the above ingredients along with a few drops of oil and mix well.Leave the marinated chicken for about 30 mins.

 







2.Heat oil in a deep kadai or pan.Now drop the marinated chicken into the oil in batches and fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.Crispy yummy and spicy chicken fry is ready for serving.You can serve it by squeezinglemon juice over it and with sliced onions.
