Yesterday morning I made this smoothie for breakfast.It is healthy and filling.I have seen avocado only after coming to oman.The taste of avocado is bland.When I tasted it for the first time I felt that It was like chikoo fruit without any sweetness.During my pregnancy my husband used to buy avocado milkshakes regularly for me since I had severe Morning Sickness throughout.Avocados are highly nutritious.It has heart healthy monounsaturated Fatty acids.I also started to fed my baby with avocado from her 6 months.Now She likes this smoothie a lot.Let’s see how to make it.
Making Time : 5 mins
Serves : 2 to 3 persons
Ripe Avocado – 1
Banana – 2
Honey – 2 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Peel banana skin and add it to blender.Cut Avocado and remove the seeds.Scoop out the flesh and add it to blender.Add all the other ingredients into it and blend them into a smooth one.Pour it into serving glass and serve it immediately.I used cow’s milk.You can also use soy milk,almond milk instead of it.
You can also add soaked sabja seeds or chia seeds or chopped almonds to it and serve.Its optional.
