Cauliflower 65

A perfect starter/appetizer.You can also have it as a snack or a side dish for your lunch.It is Crunchy, yummy and easy to make.Make this tasty cauliflower 65 at your home with the following recipe and step by step pictures.

Serves : 2 persons

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Cauliflower florets – 1 and 1/2 cups
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 and 1/2  tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt
Corn flour – 3 tsp
Oil for frying

METHOD

1.Boil water in a vessel.When the water is nicely hot.Put off the flame.Add cauliflower florets into it and leave it for about 5 minutes.After 5 mins remove the florets from water.Drain the water completely and add it to a mixing bowl.

2.Add all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix them well with the cauliflower.Allow it to marinate  for 10 mins.

3.In a deep pan heat oil.Once the oil gets hot.Fry the cauliflower florets in batches don’t over crowd them.Adjust the flame accordingly.When they turn golden remove from the oil and place it in a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
