Chicken DrumStick fry

Chicken Drumstick fry is a easy to make delicious dish that goes well as a Side dish for Biryani or any Rice dish. if you are a chicken lover you will definitely love this.You can have it as a Starter / Appetizer or even as a snack with some Tomato Ketchup.Even kids will love this dish.It’s simple,tasty and amazing dish.Hope all will try this dish for the coming week ends.

Serves : 2-3 Persons

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Chicken Drumstick – 500 g (8 pieces)

Oil for frying

For marination

Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/3 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Egg – 1

METHOD

1.Clean chicken drumstick and make deep slashes in it.It will help the marination to get into it.

2.To a mixing bowl add red chilli powder,garam masala,Turmeric powder,salt,Ginger garlic paste,corn flour,Lemon juice.

3.Break egg and add it.Mix all the ingredients together.Add chicken drumstick mix them well with the marination and allow it to marinate for about 1 hour.

4.Heat oil in a deep pan.Drop the marinated chicken drumstick pieces and fry them for about 3 – 4 minutes.Don’t overcrowd the pieces.Place it in a tissue paper to drain excess oil in it.Serve it hot with Tomato Ketchup.
