Onion Raita / Vengaya Sambal is the mostly prepared raita for veg and non veg biryani,veg and non veg pulao.Its so simple and tasty.It have a special place in the food menu.I used raw onions.To add a touch of heat in the raita and make it little spicy I added chopped green chilli.

Serves : 2 persons
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Onion – 1 (finely sliced)
Green Chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Thick Curd – 1 cup
METHOD
Add onions,green chilli,salt to a bowl and mix it.Add thick curd and mix it with the onion.I also serve it with chapati,kottu parotta.
