This is one of my favourite curry made with Bitter gourd.Bitter gourd is fried well and cooked in tamarind extract which reduces the bitterness of it.Then paste of roasted spices and coconut is added to it.It tastes well with Rice and any Veggie stir fry.I usually make it along with Surakkai paruppu kootu or Potato fry and appalam for Lunch. It tastes amazing.Definitely try this food combinations. You will love it for sure as I do.Adjust Spiciness to your taste.I made it spicy. Here is how I made it.
