Mutton sukka is my favorite mutton dish. This is my mom’s sis recipe.I love it.She makes it along with Biryani sometimes. It tastes amazing with it.It also goes well with Rice and dal or Rasam and also Pulao varieties.I made it along with Jeera rice and Raita. Boneless mutton is a best choice for this recipe.I used home made masala powder in this recipe.I bought it from home when I came back from India. My grandma and chinnama used to make this masala powder bulk at home and use this masala in all curry recipes.Briefly This masala powder is made with Dried red chilli,Whole coriander seeds,Cumin seeds,Fennel seeds,Whole dried turmeric and Peppercorns.I will make another post of how to make this masala powder soon.My husband also loves this dish a lot and he often asks me to make this dish. Also check out my Mutton Biryani Recipe.Click here for Mutton Recipes.Try this recipe and you will definitely love it.
