Cauliflower Dry Sabzi Recipe

Serves : 4 Persons

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Cauliflower – 650 g
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Tomato – 1(finely chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – a few 

METHOD

1.Cut cauliflower florets into bite size.Soak them in hot water for five minutes and then remove them from the water.Finely Chop onion and tomatoes.


2.Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds,cumin seeds. let them crackle then add chopped onions.


3.Saute onions well in oil.When they have translucent add ginger garlic paste and saute them till the raw smell goes.Add chopped tomatoes.Saute them well in oil.


4.Add cauliflower florets.Mix them well with the onions and tomatoes.Cover and cook for about 3 minutes and stir it in between.Now add Turmeric powder,Red chilli powder,cumin powder and required amount of salt.


5.Mix the masalas well with cauliflower.Cover and cook till the cauliflower is done.Finally add coriander leaves.


Cauliflower dry sabzi is Ready.Serve with cooked rice,Chapati,Roti…
