I have heard of Mambazha Pulissery from my relatives. But haven’t tasted it until my neighbour shared her mango curry with me.Before I used to have a question how would a sweet fruit go well in a curry. Now I have the answer for it.It tastes awesome.Food blogging has made me come out of my comfort zone and taste, cook different foods.I made this recipe with the small mango which is called as nadan mambazha.Mambazha Pulissery is traditionally made with this nadan mangoes.Since there was a mango mania going on in the nearby hypermarket it was so easy to get this mangoes. We can also make it with other sweet mangoes. If using big mangoes just peel their skin chop them and make this curry.Adding sugar gives a nice sweet taste to the curry. When you eat the mango soaked in the curry.I am sure you will feel heavenly. This is the recipe of my neighbour. It is a quite common Kerala Sadya Recipe. So lets see how to make it.
