Prawn fry -Tawa Prawn Recipe-இறால் ஃப்ரை

It has been a long since I posted my last Prawn Recipe.After a long time bought Prawn.My husband helped me with cleaning the prawns.He asked me to make his favorite prawn fry.Its my favorite too.Its so simple but tastes simply awesome.It goes well with Curd Rice,Sambar/dal or with Fish  curry.Also try my other Prawn Recipes
Now let’s see how to make this fry.
Preparation Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves : 2 Persons

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Prawns – 15 nos
Oil – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Coriander leaves – a few
For marination
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
oil – 1/2 tsp

METHOD

1.Clean Prawns.Wash them nicely.To it add all the ingredients given for marination.Mix them well with your hands.Allow it to marinate for about 10 mins.
2.To a tawa add 1 tbsp of oil.Heat oil,Once the oil got hot add the marinated prawns into it.Cook in medium to low flame.Prawns will leave water.Flip them in between.Cook the prawns till the masalas get coated well on the prawns.Don’t overcook the prawns they will get rubbery.Add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.Give them a nice mix.
