What I cooked Today? – Murungakkai Thengapal aanam (முருங்கைக்காய் தேங்காய்ப்பால் ஆணம்)- Drumstick coconut milk curry

Today I made a new recipe for lunch which was shared by my sis. This is her MIL recipe. I think it’s a Ceylon style Curry. The main ingredient of this Curry is coconut milk. It’s a mild spiced Curry that goes well with Rice, appam, Idiyappam. I made it along with Spicy egg roast to go well with Rice. You can also make any spicy sidedish to have along with this Curry. I had the leftover Curry with Idiyappam for dinner. It was also so tasty together. The word aanam means Kuzhambu/curry.
Also, take a look at my other KUZHAMBU recipes.
