Coconut Mutton Fry – Thengai Kari – மட்டன் தேங்காய் வறுவல்

Coconut mutton fry – Another super-duper hit at my home . I tried this recipe for the first time and we loved it. I had it with Rice and garlic rasam. I got this recipe from my sissy and this is here Mother-in-law’s recipe. It is so tasty and differently prepared than the other mutton fries. Here the mutton is marinated with coconut and masala paste, pressure cooked and then roasted well in coconut oil. The mutton is so flavourful because of the coconut.
