It has been a long since I posted a chicken recipe. We rarely buy chicken that is the main reason for it. As it was holiday yesterday I planned of making mutton biryani along with chicken 65 and onion raita. I used to make chicken 65 using store-bought chicken 65 masala some times. It is so simple to make. I also add some other ingredients along with masala to make the chicken 65 even more tastier. If you are trying to make any chicken recipe tomorrow try this too and everyone will love it.

Here is the recipe for chicken 65 using chicken 65 masala.

Corn flour – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Lemon – 1/2

1.Clean the chicken pieces. Cut them into cubes. Wash them well in water. I have added Turmeric powder to the chicken pieces and washed it. Take the washed chicken pieces in a bowl. To it add chicken 65 masala powder, Kashmiri Red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, curd, Rice flour, cornflour, few drops of oil and mix well. Also, squeeze half lemon into it. Marinate the chicken well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. In some chicken 65 masala salt will be added so taste it and add salt as required.
2.After the chicken is marinated for an hour. Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them to golden brown in batches. Then remove from the oil. Finally, fry the curry leaves and add it to the fried chicken.
