Chilli Paneer(Dry) – சில்லி பனீர்

I managed to take snaps of the preparation and the final outcome of chilli paneer when I made it last week along with veg fried rice. It is easy to make and can be also made within some time. It is a dry version of chilli paneer. Paneer is marinated and fried. The fried paneer has a crispy outing and a soft inside. Then it is sauteed along with onions, capsicum and sauce.
