Maa Laddu – Roasted Bengal gram Laddu

A favorite sweet or snack since my childhood. My Parents never forgets to send me this snack whenever he sends parcels from India. It’s my daughter’s favorite too.

It is a healthy snack for kids. It is so simple to make and doesn’t require more ingredients.

Let’s see how to make this laddu.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Roasted Bengal gram – 2 cups

Brown sugar – 1 cup

Cardamom – 3

Ghee – 1/2 cup

METHOD

1.Grind roasted Bengal gram, sugar and cardamom into a fine powder.

2.Heat ghee in a pan. Allow it to melt. Transfer the ground powder to a plate. Pour the ghee into the plate and mix the ghee thoroughly with the ground powder with a spoon. Then make rounds by pressing them within the palm.

Maa laddu is ready.
