We usually take more veggies for lunch. Even if it is a non-veg lunch we add at least one veg dish in the platter. I love to just mix the veggies dish like stir fry or poriyal with the rice, curry and eat rather than eating them separately. I should thank my mom because of her only I have learnt a lot of vegetarian recipes. She cooks them so well and that’s how my love for veggies begun. Today’s recipe is raw banana onion curry, which is a perfect side dish for rice and dal, sambar, vatha kuzhambu, pulikuzhambu . Also, it makes a good pair with variety rice like lemon rice, puliyodharai, coconut rice,Curd rice, sambar sadam and so on.
