A stir-fry with the combination of vazhaipoo/banana flower along with dried maldive fish/Masi karuvadu. At home we used to add dried maldive fish with veggies and make stir-fry quite often. Also we some times add them in ada dosa batter too.
The masi powder which mom prepared for me at last vacation got completed. So was searching for it in grocery shops. Finally got it in K.M hypermarket.100g was 1.200 omr. It was not a big piece but it was like pound small pieces. Then after bringing it home I have ground it to a powder, not a smooth one just coarsely and transferred it into an airtight glass jar and kept it in the fridge.
