I love any fried recipes either it is vegetarian or non-vegetarian. When it comes to non-vegetarian I like to have fries with mutton, chicken and prawns. This recipe I learnt from my grandma home they used to make chicken, fish and beef in this way. The masala used for the marination is so simple and gives so nice taste to the fry. It is a great option as a starter and as a side dish with rice. I cooked it along with Tomato rice yesterday.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Place the flame in medium, when it’s hot add the marinated chicken pieces. Fry them to golden and crisp outside. Just before removing the fried chicken from the oil, add curry leaves and remove it from oil. Similarly, fry the remaining chicken pieces in the oil.
