Chicken Kebab

Chicken kebab which I tried in recent times and come out well. This recipe is so easy. You can prepare the kebab and freeze it. Fry or pan grill them when needed. I love to have it like a starter or as a side dish with rice and dal. I have already posted recipes for shami kebab, yam kebab.

Lets see how to make this kebab.

Preparation Time : 20 mins

Cooking Time : 25 mins

Makes : 23 kebabs

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

onion – 1 (small size ,sliced)

garlic – 15 pods( small size)

ginger – 2 inch piece

green chillies – 5

Coriander leaves – a handful

Mint leaves – a handful

red chilli powder – 1 tsp

coriander powder – 1 tsp

pepper powder – 1 tsp

chat masala powder – 1 tsp

chicken boneless – 500 g

salt to taste

Egg – 1

Oil for frying

METHOD

1.Grind onion,garlic,ginger,green chillies,corinader leaves, mint leaves,red chilli powder,coriander powder, chat masala powder, pepper powder.

2. Clean and Wash the chicken pieces well. Dry the pieces completely with a kitchen tissue. Then ground it along with the other ingredients ,salt and egg. Transfer it into a bowl. Grease hands with oil and make patties .Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the kebabs into it. Fry them in medium flame .

Chicken kebab is ready.

Serve with Mint chutney ,onions and lemon wedges.
