Heard that it is famous street food in Mumbai. But haven’t tried it outside and tasted it first when my friend shared veg tawa pulao. we can say it as an Indian version of fried rice. I loved the pav bhaji taste in it and the recipe was simple and quite different from other pulao recipes. This is also one of the pulao recipes I like to cook often. This time tried tawa pulao with mushroom as the main ingredient, a raita is enough to go with it.
Let’s see how to make this pulao.

Add a little salt to fasten the cooking of onions. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell leaves. Now add chopped tomatoes, allow it to cook until the onions and tomatoes get mushy. Then add the sliced mushrooms. The mushroom will start to leave the water. Cook till the mushrooms are cooked. Add chopped capsicum, green chillies to it. Saute for 2 minutes.
