Semiya Payasam – Vermicelli Kheer – சேமியா பாயாசம்

Semiya /Vermicelli payasam is the second sweet dish I am posting in this blog. I have posted the recipe of surakkai (bottle gourd) payasam a long back. I am not a sweet tooth person so I make sweet dishes only for the sake of my husband and daughter. My husband loves sweet dishes especially both of them loves payasam. This payasam and dal payasam are my favorite among all. Semiya/Vermicelli payasam is a simple dish to cook. Even bachelors and newbies can cook it with ease.
