Nowadays there are more options for street food especially with snacks available in our place. But one of my all-time favourite and all-season available snack is Fritters. They are easily available everywhere. But here I miss them. They are only available at some shops and at evening time only. So I make them at home whenever I feel like having them. I prefer it, especially during the rainy season. Hot Fritters with Chai is the best combo for a rainy or winter season. Another advantage of fritters is we could try with a variety of ingredients. We could prepare it readily with the basic ingredients available at home. My father used to make onion fritters often, I love it. We usually have pakoda with pazhaya choru at dinner or breakfast. It used to taste so delicious together. I used Mushroom as the main ingredient for this fritters. We can also have it as a starter or as a side dish with Rice. Let’s see how to cook it.
