Malai paneer – It is a milk-based dish in which paneer is cooked in a creamy sauce. I cooked it today along with Jeera rice for Lunch. It also goes well with Roti or naan. It is so simple and less time-consuming dish. Cashews give a rich taste to the dish. There are different ways it is made, this is the way which I follow to make it and it is so delicious.
