I tasted this dish for the first time in Nizam Hyderabad restaurant, muscat.I usually love dry chicken 65.When I got chicken 65 from the hotel it was not a dry recipe but the taste was so nice.It was like a chicken 65 gravy and I could make out that the gravy or sauce is yoghurt. It is a perfect dish to have with biryani, pulao or with rice and dal. Cooking chicken 65 in this way you can get juicy and tasty chicken pieces. Some uses sauce, food colour to prepare the sauce at last but I don’t like to use it, so I have avoided it.If you like you can add food color or sauces.
Try this recipe for this weekend and enjoy it.
