Even though Mathi/chaala/saala/sardines are small fishes they taste so good in curry as well as fry. I love fish fry than the fishes in curry. I love to eat the fried fish hot as soon as it’s taken out from the Tawa. When fish fry is hot it tastes simply awesome, delicious and finger-licking. Usually, I prepare this fry like this. But this time I want to try the fish with green peppercorns. This recipe was waiting in my To-do list for a long time. Praseedha aunty shared this recipe with me like 2 years back. But only yesterday it was possible to make it. I got these green peppercorns. I used some peppercorns for this fry and kept the remaining to try other recipes. we loved this fry, it was so tasty and I will definitely make this dish often. The masala was so yummy. I made it along with Rice and fish curry.
