Tuna Fish Fry – Choora meen porichathu – Choora fry – Surai meen varuval

A simple fish fry with Tuna. As Tuna has nice chunks of fish you can go for this fry with it. After frying it you can also make tuna fish pickle with the same. It’s our favourite one. Use nice boneless pieces or steak pieces for making this fry. It will taste like chicken or mutton fry. It’s so perfect to have with Rice and rasam, fish curry or dal.
