
Hi all. Hope you all are doing well. Making this post after a short break. This recipe is so simple and instant. It is a good option as breakfast or snack. At my grandma’s home, they used to make this as a snack for the evening along with tea or coffee. We love this. You can also have it with chutney. I love to have it with Coffee.
I have used samba roasted rice flour/ samba puttu maavu for this recipe. You can also use the white puttu flour for this recipe. It is also so easy and quick to make dish.

INGREDIENTS REQURIED
Puttu maavu / roasted rice flour – 1.5 cup
Onion – 1(big size, chopped)
Green chillies – 5 (chopped)
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs (chopped)
Grated coconut – 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Eggs – 3
Water – 2 cups
Oil
METHOD
1.Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, except water and oil. Mix it well.

2. Add water and mix well until a batter consistency is reached. Heat oil in an appe pan, add a small ladle of batter in each hole. Allow it cook.Flip it to the other side,when a side turns golden. When other side also turns golden, remove it from the pan.

Serve hot .
