
A dry recipe with Mushroom with a nice chilli and garlic flavor. It goes well with Rice and chapati.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Oil – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1(thinly sliced)
Button Mushrooms – 250g (sliced)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – chopped
Lemon – 1/2
For Grinding
Kashmiri Red chillies – 7
Garlic – 7 big pods
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
METHOD
1.Soak Kashmiri Red chillies in hot water for 30 minutes. Then add the soaked chillies along with garlic and Cumin seeds. Blend them into a smooth paste adding water.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions, saute them to light golden. Then add the sliced mushrooms to it. Saute them for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the ground paste into it. Saute until the raw smell goes off and the mushroom is cooked. The oil will begin to appear. Switch off the flame. Finally, add Coriander leaves and squeeze a lemon into them.

Serve hot with Rice and dal or chapati.
