A scrambled egg recipe with capsicum. The twist in this recipe is to add pav baji masala powder. It will have a taste similar to kothu parotta taste we get from hotels. I used store bought pav baji masala. I usually make this masala for tawa pulao and this scrambled egg recipe was a try with this masala and it turned out to be a great sidedish for parotta, chapathi or Roti.

Serves : 3
Oil – 1.5 tbsp
Onion – 2 (chopped)
Capsicum – 1(chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Pav bhaji powder – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg – 3
1.Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions. Add little salt. Saute the onion till it turn light golden. Then add ginger garlic paste, saute till the raw smell goes off. Add chopped capsicum, saute till the capsicum gets cooked. Place the flame in low and Add pav bhaji masala powder to it and mix well.
2. Break eggs to it and place in medium flame. After 2 minutes start scrambling it until it gets scrambled well.
Serve hot with Parotta, Roti or chapati.
