Heard that it is famous street food in Mumbai. But haven’t tried it outside and tasted it first when my friend shared veg tawa pulao. we can say it as an Indian version of fried rice. I loved the pav bhaji taste in it and the recipe was simple and quite different from other pulao recipes. This is also one of the pulao recipes I like to cook often. This time tried tawa pulao with mushroom as the main ingredient, a raita is enough to go with it.
Also try the other pulao (veg), pulao(non veg) recipes.
