
I am a savoury tooth person. I love to make some spicy snacks and always store them to have them along with tea or coffee. To meet my cravings I made some mixture with corn flakes. These corn flakes were plain leftover breakfast corn flakes. I decided to make them into a snack which will be a great combo with chai.

Making Time: 10 mins
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Oil – 1.5 tbsp
Peanuts – 1/3 cup
Roasted Bengal gram – 1/4 cup
Cashews – 1/3 cup
Curry leaves – a few
Corn flakes – 3 cups
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 to 1 tsp as required
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Take all the spice powders and salt in a small bowl. Mix them well. Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts, roasted Bengal gram and cashews. fry them to golden. Add curry leaves. Switch off the flame and add the corn flakes, fry them. Add the spice mix and mix well.

After it is cool down. Store it in an airtight container.
Serve with Tea or Coffee.
